3 Ingredient Nutella Mousse

This quick and easy no bake dessert recipes features just 3 ingredients. It tastes excellent all by itself or you can enjoy it with fruit.

Hey, y'all! I've gotta tell you, I'm a big fan of desserts that can be whipped up in just a few minutes. No-bake desserts get extra points in my book, especially in the warmer months.

As you may have guessed by some of the other desserts on this blog like Easy As (Key Lime) Pie Dip, Strawberry Cheesecake Dip, 3 Ingredient Yogurt Pie, and Summer Tiramisu, I love incorporating fruit in my desserts. I've never really been much of a chocolate girl, so when I started playing around with Nutella based desserts, I always paired the desserts with fruit. I just love the way strawberries and the hazelnut chocolate tastes together.

Oh man, my mouth is watering.

I started playing around with mousse recipes earlier this year when I created a dessert table for my brother's girlfriend's baby shower. I created a deliciously sweet, but not too sweet, Smooth and Decadent Strawberry Mousse. Oh my gosh, ya'll that stuff is amazing!

We like to take whipped cream and Nutella and quickly hand-mix it together to create a lovely little dip to enjoy with fruit. I decided to expand on that idea and transform our little dip into a delicious, smooth and chocolaty mousse.

The end result? Umm...freakin' delicious!

The mousse tastes wonderful on it's own and absolutely incredible with summer fruit. We enjoyed our with strawberries, melon, grapes and pineapple. This stuff is dangerous addictive. I'm going to go ahead and forwarn you that you will be compelled to lick the bowl.

Ingredients:

3 cups heavy cream 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup Nutella

Instructions:

1. Pour heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl. Add sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

2. Add Nutella to the cream mixture. Fold it together, using a rubber spatula, until the chocolate is well incorporated.

3. Place into serving dishes, shot glasses, or wine glasses. Or, pipe into the vessel using a piping bag.

4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

**Note** I prefer to let mine rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
