Bailey's Irish Cream Fudge

This Bailey's Irish Cream Fudge is simple to make, tastes incredible and is the perfect combination of chocolatey booziness!

Hey, y'all! Picture this... smooth Bailey's Irish Cream combined with chocolate. Oh yes, I did! This simple homemade fudge recipe combines chocolate, Bailey's Irish Cream, and condensed milk and can be whipped up in just minutes!

Ashley and I have a tradition of taking celebratory shots each time our teams score a touchdown. Now that my team (the Jacksonville Jaguars) don't suck for the first time in like a decade, this has suddenly become a terrible idea. So instead of taking a shot every time Fournette runs it in for a touchdown, I've started just drinking throughout the whole game. I mean... why just celebrate little victories when I can celebrate actually having a winning record?

When the Jags won their game on Sunday, the Jags officially made it into the playoffs. To celebrate, I ran downstairs, and just gazed at all of the drink options (which were plenty, my parents have a fully stocked bar) trying to figure out what I wanted. To the right of the bar, my dad has set up a hot cocoa bar for their annual Christmas party. It's all decked out with toppings for hot cocoa... and that's when it hit me. I need to make some Boozey Fudge!

There were so many flavor combinations that I could go with but I settled on the most obvious- chocolate and Bailey's Irish Cream. I mean... if that isn't a winning combination, I don't know what is!

And so... the Bailey's Irish Cream Fudge was born. This fudge recipe would make a great gift idea and is sure to be a hit with your crew I mean... let's face it, people love the taste of chocolate and liquor together!

Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream (I used Caramel flavor!) 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with aluminum foil or wax paper (Hello easy cleanup!)

2. Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Microwave for one minute. Stir and microwave again in 30-second increments until completely melted.

3. Stir in Bailey's and vanilla extract until smooth.

4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.

5. Cover and refrigerate for four hours until firm.

**Note** This recipe makes the fudge PLENTY boozy! If you are into a more subtle flavor (I won't judge you if you don't judge me) then you can cut down to 1/4 cup of Bailey's.
