Hey, y'all! Welcome to the very first installment of my Weekly Meal Plan Menu! Each week I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes for you to use as you are planning your meals throughout the week. To access the recipes, simply click on the recipe title or photos.

A new weekly menu plan will be posted every Saturday morning so you have plenty of time to hit the grocery store before your busy week starts.

Here's a sneak peek of how I meal plan:

Monday- Meatless Mondays Tuesday- Taco Tuesday featuring our favorite Mexican food Wednesday- Low-Carb Cuisine Thursday- Anything Goes Thursday Friday- Pizza Fridays Saturday- No Cook Saturdays. This is our night to go out with friends, family or enjoy a date night! Sunday- Traditional All-American meals!

Week #4

Meatless Monday

Kick off the week with a warm bowl of soup! This Better Than Panera's Broccoli and Cheddar Soup is sure to be your new favorite soup recipe! This creamy combination of extra-sharp cheddar, fresh vegetables and delicious spices is sure to keep you coming back for more!

Taco Tuesday

This delicious and juicy keto-friendly Lime + Salsa Pork Chop recipe is simple to make and perfect for your low-carb menu! This crockpot recipe is easy to throw together and the pork comes out incredibly juicy and tender. This scrumptious dish pairs well with Mexican Street Corn Salad, Crockpot Cheddar Corn, Creamy Confetti Corn with Bacon (Pork+Pork= heaven!) and Mexican Cauliflower Rice.

Low Carb Wednesday

Scrumptious Italian-seasoned Veggies and Sausage come together to form the perfect healthy weeknight meal! This recipe requires very little clean up, which is always a plus in my book. If you're not counting your carbs, you could easily chop up some red potatoes and add them to this dish to make it a little heavier.

Anything Goes Thursday

Chicken Scallopini is an irresistible dish featuring perfectly breaded chicken served over lemon butter pasta. This flavorful meal is perfect for weeknights! This dish pairs well with a fresh salad and dinner rolls.

Pizza Fridays

Satisfy your pizza cravings with this incredible, and ridiculously easy to make 30 minute Low Carb Pizza Casserole! This is another meal that is easily thrown together, requires minimal prep or clean up.

All-American Sundays

This Cheesy American Goulash delicious combination of elbow macaroni, tomato sauce, ground beef, corn and cheese makes for the perfect dump-and-go weeknight dinner! This dish pairs well with a fresh salad and Garlic Herb Knots.
