Week #18

Meatless Monday

Kick off the week with a delicious, festive Roasted Pumpkin Soup. It'll taste great with a grilled cheese sandwich, salad or toasted bread.

Taco Tuesday

Tortilla shells make the perfect vessel for this delicious, Asian-Inspired Thai Peanut Taco with Pineapple Broccoli Slaw. These scrumptious tacos require very little prep making them perfect for lunch or a weeknight meal!

Low Carb Wednesday

This Honey Garlic Chicken is a super healthy dinner options that your whole family will love! It's easy to throw together when you're short on time and makes for a great lunch the next day!

Anything Goes Thursday

This week for Anything Goes Thursday, we're heating things up with this Better Than Take Out Orange Chicken Recipe. The chicken is baked, rather than fried, making it much healthier than the take-out version. Enjoy this dish on a bed of white or fried rice, with steamed vegetables or on a broccoli slaw.

Pizza Fridays

There's nothing more fun than making your very own homemade pizza! This quick and easy dinner idea uses already prepared Naan as a short cut so you can whip it up in no time! Pile on all of your favorite toppings, heat and enjoy!

All-American Sundays

Crispy Baked BBQ Chicken will be an instant favorite! This recipes only calls for barbecue sauce, chicken breasts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Yes! It is that simple! These ingredients come together to form a delightfully crispy, sweet, sticky, tender glazed hunk of chicken.
