Hey, y'all! Welcome to the Weekly Meal Plan Menu! Each week I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes for you to use as you are planning your meals throughout the week. To access the recipes, simply click on the recipe title or photos.

A new weekly menu plan will be posted in the morning so you have plenty of time to hit the grocery store before your busy week starts.

Here's a sneak peek of how I meal plan:

Monday- Meatless Mondays Tuesday- Taco Tuesday featuring our favorite Mexican food Wednesday- Low-Carb Cuisine Thursday- Anything Goes Thursday Friday- Pizza Fridays Saturday- No Cook Saturdays. This is our night to go out with friends, family or enjoy a date night! Sunday- Traditional All-American meals!

Week #10

Meatless Monday

Kick off the week with this fabulous Spaghetti Squash Mac n Cheese recipe! This is a dish tastes suspiciously like macaroni and cheese! It pairs well with Garlic Roasted Asparagus, Easy to Make Garlic Knots or a simple salad.

Taco Tuesday

This Low Carb Crustless Taco Pie is so delicious, you won’t even mind that its low carb! This scrumptious dish is easy to make and is guaranteed to be loved by your whole gang! Top it with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy it with Mexican Cauliflower Rice or Fiesta Stuffed Peppers. Low Carb Wednesday

Do yourself a favor and make a double batch of these Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers, the leftovers will make for a perfect lunch! Enjoy this dish with a fresh salad, Texas Toast or Easy to Make Garlic Herb Knots.

Anything Goes Thursday

Allow me to introduce you to our favorite casserole the Cheesy Chicken and Tater Tot Casserole! It's so incredibly simple to whip up and it tastes out of this world. Your kiddos are going to fall in love with this dish! Make it ahead as a freezer meal or throw it together before you head to work.

Pizza Fridays

There's nothing more fun than making your very own homemade pizza! This quick and easy dinner idea uses already prepared Naan as a short cut so you can whip it up in no time! Pile on all of your favorite toppings, heat and enjoy!

All-American Sundays

Tell me, is there anything more All-American than a casserole? This absolutely incredible, super easy and oh so delicious Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli + Rice Casserole is sure to knock your socks off! This fabulous dish is the perfect meal to simply stick in the oven and forget about it!
