Quick and Easy Berry Fluff

This fabulous quick and easy Berry Fluff recipe comes together in just minutes. Not only is it super simple to make but it tastes great too. This dish would be perfect for picnics, barbecues, and potlucks!

Hey, ya'll! A couple of Sundays ago, my family got together for Sunday Dinner. My brother brought a fabulous pork tenderloin, my mom roasted a turkey breast, and I brought along my Mexican Street Corn Casserole and a dessert salad I like to call Berry Fluff.

When planning on my side dishes, I knew I wanted to bring a veggie and a dessert. I scoured Pinterest to find something new and exciting, but I couldn't find a recipe that I loved. I decided to come up with my own concoction loosely based on my Triple Berry Cheesecake Salad and my mom's Cherry Goop.

I began by using a mixer to beat some cream cheese until it was nice and smooth. I folded in a tub of Cool Whip and a packet of raspberry Jello. I washed some berries, gave the strawberries a little chop and tossed them into the bowl. I originally planned on adding in some mini-marshmallows but I decided at last minute to leave them out (aka, I totally forgot about them). In the end, it kind of worked out better that the marshmallows weren't in there because the dish really didn't need all of that extra sugar. That being said, if you're not worried about sugar or carbs, throw those little guys in there- they'll be fabulous!

This little dessert salad is absolutely fabulous. Not only is it super simple to make but it tastes great too. This dish would be perfect for picnics, barbecues, and potlucks!

Kitchen Essentials:

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a mixer to cream the cream cheese. Fold in the Cool Whip, and Jello packet. Carefully stir in the berries.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes before serving.
