Hey, y'all! As you know we're a chicken family. By that I don't mean we're covered in feathers and strut around clucking all day, I mean that we eat a butt-ton of chicken. I think it's safe to say we eat chicken 5 nights out of the week. Because of this, I'm constantly trying to come up with different ways to prepare our favorite bird.

This week I wanted to do something a little different. I made a wonderful mixture of Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and some seasoning and gave it a bit of a stir. I piled it on top of a couple of chicken breasts and popped it into the oven to bake for about 45 minutes. When I pulled it out, the chicken was covered in a creamy, cheesy, crust that was out of control.

Isn't this cheesy crust absolutely gorgeous? Man, oh man, was it good! The cheese crust keeps the chicken nice and moist. The chicken literally melts in your mouth! This recipe is most definitely a keeper, we couldn't get enough of it!
