Monday- Meatless Mondays Tuesday- Taco Tuesday featuring our favorite Mexican food Wednesday- Low-Carb Cuisine Thursday- Anything Goes Thursday Friday- Pizza Fridays Saturday- No Cook Saturdays. This is our night to go out with friends, family or enjoy a date night! Sunday- Traditional All-American meals!
Week #17
Meatless Monday
Kick off the week with black bean burgers! You can eat these Cilantro Lime Black Bean Burgers on a bun with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes like a classic hamburger or add a Latin twist to it and serve it with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa! Enjoy with Mexican Street Corn Salad or Creamy Confetti Corn with Bacon.
Taco Tuesday
This Low Carb Crustless Taco Pie is so delicious, you won’t even mind that its low carb! This scrumptious dish is easy to make and is guaranteed to be loved by your whole gang! Top it with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy it with Mexican Cauliflower Rice or Fiesta Stuffed Peppers. Low Carb Wednesday
A delicious and simple Mississippi Pot Roast recipe that will knock your socks off. This meal requires little prep, uses just 5 ingredients, and creates a fantastic, hearty meal that will quickly become part of your meal rotation.
Anything Goes Thursday
This week for Anything Goes Thursday, we're heating things up with this Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Chicken dish. The great thing about this dish is you can make it as spicy as you'd like! The combination of sweet honey and smokey Sriracha are absolutely dynamite! Enjoy this dish on a bed of white or fried rice, with steamed vegetables or on a broccoli slaw.
Pizza Fridays
There's nothing more fun than making your very own homemade pizza...except for maybe when the piles are crammed into colorful zucchini boats! These delightful Meat Lovers Zucchini Boats are easy to throw together and can be stuffed with all of your favorite pizza toppings. We like to pair these yummy guys with a spinach salad.
All-American Sundays
Meatloaf Cupcakes have all of the fabulous flavors of your traditional meatloaf in a fun cupcake size dish. Unlike traditional meatloaf, this bite-size version take about 30 minutes to whip up and requires little clean up. Serve with Keto-Friendly Green Bean Casserole, Crockpot Cheddar Corn, 10 Minute Cheesy Cream Corn , Roasted Ranch Flavored Carrots, Creamy Parmesan Instant Pot Cauliflower "Mashed Potatoes", Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes or Boursin Cheese Mashed Potatoes.
