Our Mi Casa es su Casa House Warming Party Menu

**This post may contain affiliate links**

Hey, y'all! Over the last couple of weeks I have shared with you bits and pieces of our housewarming party. Our party had a Mi Casa es su Casa theme so our menu featured several Mexican inspired dishes.

The backdrop of our party was a Walking Taco Bar. Walking Tacos are a handheld version of one of America's favorite foods; tacos! You start by crushing a bag of Doritos, and opening it. Next, top the chips with your favorite taco toppings. Our Walking Taco Bar featured shredded chicken, ground beef, rice, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cheese, homemade guac, and salsa.

I kept the chicken, ground beef and rice warm by storing them in a crock pot. Shout out to everyone who let me borrow theirs for the party!

One of the most popular dishes at our party was the Mexican Street Corn Salad. This corn based dish features a winning combination of corn, red onion, cheese, cilantro and avocado in a delicious sauce. This dish can be eaten as a salad or on top of tortilla chips like a salsa. It also tastes phenomenal on top of tacos!

Of course, it wouldn't be a party without my Slammin' Queso Dip! I have prepared this fan-favorite for every party I've ever hosted. Seriously. The dip features sausage and Rotel in a creamy cheese sauce. This stuff is so good that my friends often request that I bring it to their parties.

I wanted to offer something for my keto friends so I whipped up a batch of Fiesta Stuffed Peppers. These little bites of heaven can be served hot or cold...I decided to serve the cold so it was one less thing I had to worry about keeping warm.

For my friends with a sweet tooth, I whipped up a batch of my Pina Colada Fruit Dip. My friends loved it so much some of them took to-go cups full of it when they left!

Be sure to pin this party menu for your next shindig! Give me a like on Facebook or follow me on Instagram and Twitter for more delicious recipes. See you next time!
