Pepperoni Pizza Tortellini Bake

This fabulous Pepperoni Pizza Tortellini Bake takes just minutes to prepare and tastes incredible. This meal is perfect for busy evenings and can be customized with all of your favorite pizza toppings!

Hey, y'all! It's FINALLY starting to feel like fall here in Florida, and by that I mean it's been in the mid-eighties! Ya'll, I am so excited. Yesterday I rocked some cute little booties, skinny jeans, and a long sleeve shirt- I was all falled out. Okay...I ended up being a little warm but for a brief period of time (before the sun came up), I got to enjoy a bit of cool weather.

With cool temperatures come delicious, hearty foods. Now, y'all know I'm all about quick and easy recipes. Some of my favorite recipes this time of the year are Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole, Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole, Cheesy Ham & Potato Casserole, Tender Ranch Flavored Cube Steaks, and Cheesy American Goulash.

Another one of my favorite dishes is a Pepperoni Pizza Tortellini Bake. This dish is sheer ooey-gooey cheesy perfection. It is super delicious and couldn't be any easier to make! You simply prepare your tortellini per package instructions, toss it into a casserole, top it with sauce and your pizza toppings, sprinkle on some cheese and let it bake for a few minutes in the oven.

The great thing about this recipe is you can add in your favorite pizza toppings to make this dish all your own. Mushrooms, onions, olives, green peppers, bacon, and sausage will all be stellar in this dish. Not only that, you could play around with different tortellini flavors too- I bet spinach would be yummy!

Ingredients:

1 18-24 oz package of frozen cheese tortellini 2 cups tomato pasta sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 3.5 oz package of pepperoni, divided 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.

2. Cook the tortellini per the package instructions. 3. Place the tortellini and choice pizza toppings into the baking dish. Stir. 4. Pour pasta sauce on top of the pasta and toppings. Do not stir. 5. Sprinkle cheese. Add a couple of pepperoni on top and sprinkle with pizza seasoning, if desired. 6. Bake the tortellini for 15-20 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese has melted.
