No Bake Referee Cookies

Have you ever wanted to bite a referee's head off? Well now you can! These delicious, easy-to-make Referee Cookies are perfect for the big game!

Hey, y'all! In case you couldn't gather from my previous football post, I'm not happy with referees lately. I thought it would be fun to create a cookie where I could "bite their head off" but figuratively and literally. I transformed my most popular no-bake cookie from a totally sweet and adorable "baby" to a "referee" simply be changing out the colors I used and switching up the details.

This "recipe" couldn't be any easier! You simply take a few Nutter Butter cookies and dip them in melted white chocolate, only about halfway. Once the chocolate sets, use a narrow tipped black gel icing to create vertical stripes on top of the chocolate. Apply a little dab of white icing to the backside of candy eyes and place them on the refs "face" and voila! A super simple no-bake cookie recipe that is perfect for pretty much all sports!

Ingredients:

Nutter Butter Cookies

White melting chocolate

White Icing (small tipped)

Black gel icing (small tipped)

Candy eyes

Instructions:

1. Melt the white melting chocolate according to the package directions.

2. Dip each of your Nutter Butters into the melted chocolate, about half way up. Place the cookies on a piece of wax paper, aluminum foil or a cutting board.

3. Once the chocolate sets, use a black gel icing to create vertical stripes on the melted chocolate.

4. Place a dot of white icing on the back of candy eyes and stick them on the Nutter Butter. You can also use a bit of the melted chocolate to do this ;)
