No Bake Double Chocolate Energy Balls

Are you looking for an afternoon pick-me-up? These super simple, no-bake Double Chocolate Energy Balls are sure to keep you going all day long!

Hey, y'all! One of my favorite things to make is energy bites. Round little bits of happiness jam-packed with flavor and perfect for a little pick-me-up. My Pumpkin Energy Bites and my Mama's Tired Energy Bars are some of our favorite grab-and-go recipes.

Recently, I decided to play around with some different flavor combinations. I was in the kind mood where I was CRAVING chocolate. Like to the point where if I didn't whip something up quickly, I would be force to raid the emergency chocolate stash (aka all of the Reese's that I picked out of the Halloween candy we passed out to trick-or-treaters). So I decided to raid the pantry and create a little something I like to call Double Chocolate Energy Balls. These yummy no-bake balls feature Nutella and chocolate chips rolled together in honey and old-fashioned oats to create a sensational snack!

This recipe will make between 20 - 30 snack size treats that are perfect for breakfast on the go or a mid-afternoon boost. The quantity will depend on how large you roll your balls. I store these in an air-tight container that is easily accessible in the fridge to make munching on these guys super convenient.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup Nutella 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1/3 cup honey 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions: 1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well using a rubber spatula or an electric mixer. 2. Roll into balls. 3. Enjoy now or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
