These incredibly simple Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus are perfect with almost every meal. They are easy to throw together and taste great with beef, chicken, pork, turkey, and fish!
Hey, y'all! I'm back with another asparagus recipe! I bet after seeing my Jacked Up Asparagus, Garlic Roasted Asparagus, and Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus recipes, I must be done... right? Wrong! We eat asparagus about once a week around here. I love coming up with different ways to prepare my favorite veggie.
Another one of my favorite ways to eat asparagus is this Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus. I love the sheer simplicity of this recipe. Asparagus, garlic, and Parmesan cheese are roasted together to sheer perfection. This side dish tastes great with beef, chicken, pork, turkey, and fish.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends removed
1 tbsp minced garlic
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Remove the woody ends of the asparagus and line them on a baking sheet. If you hold the asparagus in your hands on by both ends and gently bend it, it will naturally snap where the woody end starts.
3. Generously drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the asparagus.
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic.
5. Roast the asparagus in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
It is truly that simple! You won't be able to get enough of this delicious Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus!
