Hello, friends! Earlier this month we celebrated the upcoming birth of my little niece with a baby shower for my sister-in-law, Melissa. Melissa has the biggest sweet tooth in the world. You'd be impressed with how many sweets that this girl can pack away. What makes it even worse? The girl never seems to gain any weight! It's just not fair!
As soon as I found out about the shower, I knew exactly what I wanted to make! A delicious, strawberry cheesecake dip. Doesn't that sound heavenly?
This dip just screams Spring and Summer to me. It would be perfect for a BBQ or a picnic. It's also festive enough that it could be served for Memorial Day or the 4th of July.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tub of Cool Whip, defrosted
1/2 jar of marshmallow fluff
1 can of strawberry fruit filling
In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff.
Doesn't it look scrumptious already?
Mix in the entire container of Cool Whip.
Place the mixture in the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Add the pie filling to the top of the mixture.
Serve immediately or place it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. Enjoy this yummy dip with vanilla waffers, graham crackers or even pretzels!
